At the end of the broadcast during the highlights clips Yvette Fielding clearly kicked a cabinet door to make a noise.
Most Haunted is a fun show to watch but it is as real as Mork from Mork and Mindy.
There are many examples that you can easily find on the internet showing the trickery.
